  • Monthly consultations with the bride and groom (first consultation detailed in The Brykerwoods package).
  • Budget development, planning, and management.
  • Discuss and assist with guest list formation; Manage RSVPs.
  • Schedule and attend all vendor appointments; Assist in negotiating vendor contracts.
  • Assist with wording and selection of invitations; Stuff and mail invitations.
  • Assist with selection and creation of maps, save-the-dates, and programs.
  • Assist with the final selection of the wedding gown; Attend gown fittings if desired.
  • Attend and assist the bridal portrait session.
  • Plan and arrange the rehearsal dinner.
  • Assist with the assembly of welcome bags and/or favors.

  • Initial consultation to become acquainted with the bride and groom; discover their taste and style to ensure their wedding reflects individuality down to every last detail.
  • Develop overall theme and style of the wedding and reception. Research the latest trends and provide design advice.
  • Second consultation to review and discuss event design.
  • Provide etiquette advice.
  • Provide client with a customized list of preferred vendors who have their date available; Assist with vendor contracts.
  • Serve as point of contact for all vendors during the entire planning process.
  • Provide planning timelines to bride and groom.
  • Track due dates for deposits and final payments to vendors; Remind bride and groom when payments are due.
  • Assist with finding hotel accommodations for out-of-town guests.
  • Plus everything offered in The Rosedale Package.
rosedale
  • Unlimited e-mail and phone contact.
  • Customized preferred vendor list (2 suggestions per wedding vendor category).
  • Full wedding planning timeline.
  • 2 complimentary consultations (approximately one month prior to the event, and one week prior to the event)
  • Create timeline/itineraries for the wedding and reception. Distribute to vendors, bridal party, etc.
  • Confirm plans with vendors.
  • Attend and direct rehearsal (one hour time allowance).
  • Assist with decoration of ceremony and reception as needed (subject to time constraints).
  • Provide "Emergency Kit" for the day.
  • Pick up any food and beverages as needed for wedding party prior to ceremony.
  • Deliver and distribute final payments to vendors.
  • Coordinate with DJ or band on music selection and timing. Act as MC, if needed.
  • Pin on boutonnieres and distribute wedding party bouquets.
  • Coordinate the transportation of gifts between the ceremony and reception sites. Ensure gifts arrive at their designated "after wedding" location.
  • Coordinate the transportation of any miscellaneous items from the ceremony site to the reception site.
  • Coordinate all activities at ceremony and reception. Greet guests and offer any necessary directions.
  • Prepare "hotel picnic" with food from reception for the newlyweds' wedding night.
  • Distribute items chosen for tossing to guests.
  • Bustling of wedding gown, and transportation of wedding gown to its "after wedding" location.
  • Return any rental items, as needed and subject to vehicle capacity.

  • You have multiple out-of-town guests at-tending your special day. You have seen the wonderful "welcome bag" ideas in all the trendy bridal magazines; however, you have no idea when or how you will have time to create them. Let us handle that for you! (price does not include items in bag)
  • You have the time and desire to plan your wedding. However, you need assistance creating your unique theme. Allow us to help!
  • You just need a little help getting started. We will supply you with a list of vendor suggestions based on your tastes & budget, and checklists to help walk you through the entire process.
